Book recommendations

As Most of you know, I am a Knowledge Fiend . When allotted , I prefer my days to be filled with research, stuffing my nose in books and links to fill my soul and brain.
The magnificent journey of my studies, has brought me across some of the most profound and Healing books , ever to be encountered . Some of these books spoke to me as a whole, while others guided me along my path with just a single chapter from them. None the less, the most sacred tangible things to me, are books. Thanks Mom for allowing me to be a book worm throughout my child hood , it def led me to my healing . Love  you !
So, without further a-do , here is a quick list of books (Fiction and non ) that have, are, and will continue to feed my soul and ever hungry mind. Enjoy and I hope some of these speak volumes to you as well.

1.) "When Things fall apart" :By Pema Chodron
 This Book found its way to me in a very prominent time of life,  the beginning of my spiritual journey. Through This gentle and loving author- who pours her heart out onto these pages,  she showed her struggles to get where she is now. That just past our comfort zones and fears,  is the beautiful mountain top of personal, everlasting healing. Absolutely stunning and Heart wrenching. Her journey of Courage and adversity opened my heart to compassion.

2) "Crazy sexy diet" By Kris Carr
What a saint and what an angel, Kris carr is a Foodie and a health advocate. Her journey began when we beat cancer, and overcame the sadness that comes with it. She is a very uplifting and gentle soul, who has guided me along to understanding my blood pressure issue. Worth a spot on your bookshelf. Ive also linked her Oracle cards of inspiration, which are called " Crazy sexy love notes." these have a spot in my oracle bag.

3)"The marriage of heaven and hell" by William Blake
 This is such an astonishing piece . Blake is one Of my favorite Artists/ Authors.  His darkness and Love of Angels and demons alike,  has Shown  me the bravery of facing my demons,  and instead of fighting them,  inviting them to tea for some understanding  ( he might not have meant to , but he did.)
My favorite quote of all time comes from him.
" As I was walking amongst the fires of hell, delighted with the enjoyments of genius- which to the angels looked like torment and insanity, I collected some of their proverbs ." Check it out !

4) "Zen and the art of Housekeeping" Lauren Cassel Brownell-
This book is a masterpiece ! I was gifted this, some years back, from a dear friend . At first I couldn't understand how anything like cleaning could be a meditative practice, but Im telling you, Everything is an art. This book is amazing. Dishes will always be a peaceful process for me, after this book.

5) Encyclopedia of crystals& Crystal Bible , by Judy hall
 I have always loved Encyclopedia's , and when I learned of these books, I just had to indulge my senses ! There are a few crystal bibles and encyclopedia's from this author, and I just love how she has her books Organized. The crystals, and their metaphysical uses are listed. As well as their dominant element, zodiac link and so much more. So worth it !

6) "Running with scissors" By: Augusten Burroughs
This is a memoir from Young Augusten's Life. It is a riveting and highly dramatic, yet also traumatizing review and acceptance of his past. His writing style is superb, and anything that speaks on adversity or coming of age, I am in love with.

7) The shack. By:William P. Young
Oh my Lord, This book is amazing. The first half of it, I was sobbing uncontrollably , and by the end I was a bit exhausted. It is a Mans Tale of his journey to understanding and Loving God. Although, the author is Christian ,  his perception is Beyond Transcended . I Highly Recommend.

8) "Wicca in the Kitchen" By: Scott Cunningham
Once again, My obsession with Encyclopedia's gets the best of me. This is Probably One of my most Used books. It is just heaven! kitchen Magick is really the only magick that I use on a daily basis. It has a range from fruits, to herbs, and even recipes for desserts and empowerment meals. Love it and love this author .

9) The entire Collection of Paulo Coehlo
 This man Is an Angel, sent to earth to heal through his words. I can not, and will not just pick a single one of his books to recommend, as every single one is worth a read. I have a love for transcended teachers, and this is by far My favorite.
