The Third eye helps with Intuition, it helps you see all of the truth around you, within you,and also outside of yourself. The Sacral Chakra ( December's Meditation) Is Also Directly Linked to Intuition , and With these two healthy and spinning in unicent together, you will have an undoubtable sense of Intuition. For those of you who are Fortunate with an active Third eye ( Knowing and not) You are deeply appreciated in Society!

The Pineal Gland is such an important part to Utilize while we are developing, growing, or enjoying a Spiritual Life.
An Opening technique I Like to use it just taking your Index Finger ( Depending on if you're Left Or Right handed) and Touching your third eye gently , saying "Awaken" .
Touching it stimulates the area and sends energy to your third eye.
And Simply if you Wish to Close it , you would touch it again and say "Sleep" Simple and effective.
I am so grateful for this Chakra and I hope that everyone appreciates theirs too.
Remember, If you wish to have active and Healthy chakras, You Must Stimulate them all. Make sure they Spin in Unicent and Get Cleansed Daily.!!!
