As I began thinking about what I wished this month's meditation to be,
I was flooded with ideas streaming in and invigorating me..
when along the way,
I was required to take a moment and in that moment to myself- it struck me . .The feeling of pure emptiness.
In that moment I felt everything I was
and I also felt absolutely everything in existence
The connection left me in such a state of peace, that My heart , soul, body, mind, emotions
felt grateful and in unicent.
I wish this month, for us to journey on that silent wavelength of peace; to travel within our own inner galaxy to our soul's solitude-
To absorb our strengths and weaknesses, and allow ourselves to become full our own full essence,

while allowing us to empty all that we are not.
Let us take a moment and ground our energy-
In breath deep
and
out breath deep.
Twice more and close those eyes whilst doing this!
Now tell me, sweet angels, how do you solitude?
Away from other humans, away for electronics, away from the business that distracts us
from the peaceful constants
- the moments you take to charge up, to heal, and to absorb your own energy.
My Number one preference of instant peace and connectedness to Goddd essence, is through gregorian chants.
Never have I ever felt such peace, as when I hear the angelic sounds of those beautiful and wise monks release that pure blissss from their beautiful vocal chords.
With this I open up my soul and absorb the peaceful sound of a lifetime dedicated to inner peace.
How important are these times we take for ourselves ,when we do things for ourselves specifically!
I pray that this month we will be able to spend those moments in quiet solitude, and I pray tell that we get moments like this everyday. . Moments to empty our beings of all that we are, all that we think, all that is around us- all of the everything's that keeps our minds buzzing, and feel the inner peace that true Un abided solitude can bring us.
Here is a meditation to relax your every being, and to open Yourself to your own inner healing and solitude
Find somewhere alone, somewhere you feel safe.
Close your eyes, what do you feel.
What pops up first?
Now, Imagine yourself sitting on a beautiful indigo lotus flower,
allow your mind to flow, feeling everything but not attaching to any of the anythings
Now, Imagine yourself sitting on a beautiful indigo lotus flower,

. Breath and knock gently, on the region between your heart and throat- your thymus .
Breath again,and gently knock.
Now open your eyes,
feel your body as you sit there and allow your higher heart chakra to be opened and receptive.
Take another breath and say to yourself
"I am whole, I am safe, I am divine."
Allow yourself to keep breathing and relaxing, and do this untill you feel your mind stop buzzing and you can feel with your ever present psychic senses, the world as a whole
and you as a divine entity of everlasting bliss and soul journey.
How Do you solitude, beautiful angels?
May your inner healing flow abundantly to you and may your energy be constantly charged with the love from your own being. Always remember your prayers, and always remember to take time to yourself.
